Registered German cover with local stamps from Lohne, Oldenburg region used in the immediate aftermath of WWII. Beautiful cover paying the 42pf registered rate, with both types of the 12pf (TI and TII). These were only postally valid for four weeks, with total printing of 7256 (#1) and 6855 (#2) stamps.
