- We will send a confirmation of your order. Payment is
by a check or money order made out to Gothic Stamps sent to our address
below, PayPal, or you may send a fax/email/phone call with your credit card

Ordering
|
Unless otherwise noted, shipping is done by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping is a flat rate of $2 in the US. Foreign orders in value up to $100 cost $4 to ship (normal airmail),
and values above $100 cost $12 (for registered). All covers and stamps are sent in rigid containers which does cost us more to ship but
protects your items! All items are insured. NOTE: Heavier items (books, collections, etc.) are shipped worldwide at cost + US$1.

Insurance
|
All items are shipped insured -- we carry private insurance
which is included in our shipping prices. |

Layaways
|
Layways are accepted on orders over $100. Terms are:
1/3rd at time of the order. 1/3rd within 30 days, and then 1/3rd within
60 days. Incomplete payments are forfeit. |

Privacy
|
No customer information is given out to anyone for any reason, except
theoretically under court order. |

Returns
|
We stand behind all merchandise we sell. All items are
guaranteed geniune and may be returned within 60 days if a competent
authority (BPP or VoB for German or Austrian items, APS or Philatelic
Foundation for US items) returns them as false or altered. Purchase price and shipping will be refunded but
expertization fees will not. Items which are incorrectly described may be returned within 30 days
for a full refund. Items (except layaways) may be returned for any reason
within ten days of receipt for refund less shipping and handling. |
