Post-Anschluss 'Ostmark' Austria (joined with Germany) express cover expedited through the Wiener Rohrpost / Viennese pneumatic mail system of underground tubes, with German franking. A bit worn, wrinkled, Bedarfserhaltung / commercially used condition, as per scan; these were generally folded to fit in the small Rohrpost cartridges.
