Revenue document with 3 Koleck revenue stamp used in German-occupied Bohemia Moravia, Czechoslovakia, in 1939 authorizing funds to be sent from Switzerland for aid in emigrating to Palestine. This is just after the Germans took over the whole of Czechoslovakia, and Dr Hans Cohen was taking no chances, but getting out of the country as fast as possible. File punches at left, worn, folded, as per scans.
