Weltfahrt Speisekarte Original menu from on board the Graf Zeppelin on its 1929 Round the World trip. Slightly worn, rare. From one of the Zeppelin crew: this is from the estate of the nephew of Oberingenieur Karl Beuerle, a lead mechanic on the Zeppelin. A long-time airman, having survived serving in various WWI Zeppelin airships, he was with the Graf from the start (we have several pioneer usages as well!). We were lucky enough to purchase the entire Zeppelin collection of the nephew, who took all of "Onkel Karl's" correspondence and added to it with many further flights.

Feldpost card from the Austrian submarine / Unterseeboot U21 in Pola, with censor handstamp of the ship. Scarce and attractive usage from the small Austria WWI submarine force. The U21, Havmanden class, was built at Whitehead and altered Fiume.

Austrian postcard used as a catapult cover from Vienna, Austria to New York via airplane and the Dampfer / Steamer Bremen. Slightly worn, in very good condition, as per scans. With supplemental airmail cachet. Only 23 flown! And who knows how many survived the war.

Austrian cover flown aboard the Graf Zeppelin LZ127 airship's 1933 Suedamerikafahrt / 3rd South America flight, with SAF and Berlin Anschlussflug cachet, Wien / Vienna CDS, and Barcelona receiver from the drop reverse. '17 CV EUR540+++. Only 20(!) Austria pieces were flown on this leg -- with an unknown number with airmail from the WIPA exhibition to Berlin. Slightly worn and wrinkled, good condition as per scans. Rare!

Rare, original, Freiwilligen Brigade Reinhard leader Oberst Reinhard with General von der Lippe during the Kapp Putsch. Rare photo postcard in excellent condition. Freikorps leader Oberst Reinhard stayed with his right-wing tendencies and became an SS Obergruppenfuehrer in the Third Reich.
