German WWII-occupied Bohemia Moravia card to inmate Nelli Mueller in Konzentrationslager (LK/KZ) / Concentration camp Theresienstadt. Nelli was a Jewish woman who married Czech ethnic German man Bohomil Mueller. For this "crime" Nelli was interned in Hagibor before ultimately being deported to Theresienstadt, while Bohomil was sentenced to a series of hard camps, finally ending up in a KL Dora OT sub-camp constructing mines for V1/V2 weapons production in Osterode, Harz. Censor-handstamped "Aeltestenrat der Juden in Prag" / "Jewish Council of Elders in Prague." This is from Nellis father-in-law Frantik (Frans). Sent very late in the war, in March of 1945. It says 'no news from Osterode' (i.e. husband/son Bohomil), and 'we are awaiting a stamp'. This latter refers to a Zulassungsmarke / permit stamp (Michel BuM Z1), which was required to send packages onto Theresienstadt. A bit worn, small tears at margins. A philatelic and historical showpiece for multiple reasons.
